Shipping & Returns

We roast fresh, pack carefully, and keep things simple. Here’s everything you need to know about shipping and returns at Paradigm Coffee Roasters.

Where we ship

We currently ship within the UK only. If you’re outside the UK and interested in ordering, feel free to get in touch, we’re always happy to see what’s possible.

Dispatch times

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days. Because our coffee is roasted fresh, dispatch times may occasionally vary slightly. We’ll always keep things moving and let you know if there’s any delay.

Delivery

All orders are sent via a tracked postal service. Delivery times are estimates provided by the courier and can vary, especially during busy periods. Once your order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery sits with the courier. If something doesn’t look right, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help.

There’s a problem with my order, what do I do?
