Paradigm Coffee Roasters (“Paradigm”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a UK-based coffee roastery selling roasted coffee and related products directly to consumers via our website.
By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms set out below.
Pricing & VAT Status
Paradigm Coffee Roasters is not VAT registered.
All prices displayed on this website are final and do not include VAT. VAT will not be added at checkout.
Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders already placed.
Products & Product Information
Coffee is a natural, agricultural product. As such: flavour notes, aroma, colour, and appearance may vary between batches; seasonal changes, origin differences, and roast development can influence taste.
These variations are expected and do not constitute a defect.
Product images and descriptions are provided for illustrative purposes only.
Freshness & Storage
Our coffee is roasted fresh and intended to be consumed within a reasonable period for optimal quality.
We recommend storing coffee in an airtight container, away from heat, light, and moisture. Paradigm Coffee Roasters is not responsible for loss of quality due to storage conditions once the product has been delivered.
Allergens & Food Safety
Our coffee does not contain added allergens. However, products are handled in environments where allergens may be present, and we cannot guarantee the absence of trace allergens.
Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in exceptional circumstances (for example, pricing errors or stock availability issues). If an order is cancelled, a full refund will be issued.
Dispatch & Delivery
Orders are dispatched within the timeframe stated at checkout.
Delivery times are estimates provided by the courier and are not guaranteed. Paradigm Coffee Roasters is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services once orders have been dispatched.
Risk & Responsibility
Responsibility for goods passes to the customer once the order has been delivered to the address provided at checkout.
Please ensure delivery details are accurate. We cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly supplied addresses.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of coffee:
We cannot accept returns on opened products
Returns are not accepted for change of mind on perishable goods
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement or refund.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, branding, logos, and design, is the property of Paradigm Coffee Roasters and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability

Our liability for direct loss is limited to the value of the order placed.
