Guayabos - Washed Columbian

This coffee comes from Ortega, Tolima a region in central Columbia. The area is particularly renowned for producing excellent washed coffees that are sweet and balanced. Grown at elevations of around 1,860 metres above sea level, the combination of rich volcanic soils, mountain climate, and careful cultivation helps create high quality coffees.

This coffee comes from Cafe Agrario, representing several smallholders in Ortega.
